Legendary Devlog #3


Hectic, these past few weeks. But the progress train keeps on chugging.

Lots of boring stat chart management was done. Some basic combat system stuff was reworked, though too little to be of an interesting mention.

One of the biggest things done was the main battle stats, their effect relations to each other and graphics.

These’d be bleed, blind, burn, charm, chill, confused, drunk, fear, frozen, infected, paralysis, poison, rage, scorch, shock, sleep, sweat and wound. All debuff states. There’re a few more small variations of these, but this is the main set. There’ll be buff states too, but those won’t require so much setup in relation to each other as the main ones did, nor as much graphics rigging.

I the next few weeks I hope to do more battle system shenanigans in between starting work on the first time period of the game, the tribal times. It’ll mostly be graphics stuff, some more charts and database entries, more planning, and a whole lot of fun for me.
